Privacy Policy

• Phone number — used for OTP-based login via WhatsApp. We do not collect email addresses or passwords.
• Farm data — estate details, block configurations, harvest records, activities, observations, rainfall logs, inventory, and financial data that you voluntarily enter into the App.
• Photos — plant observation photos you capture within the App for pest/disease diagnosis and flowering density analysis.
• GPS location — captured only when you explicitly tag a field photo or activity. We do not track your location in the background.
• Device information — basic device type and operating system version for app compatibility purposes.

• To provide farm management intelligence — harvest projections, NPK recommendations, pest alerts, and weather monitoring for your estate.
• To authenticate your identity via OTP verification.
• To generate AI-powered agronomic analysis from your observation photos using on-device and cloud-based models.
• To improve the accuracy of our plant diagnosis models using anonymised, agronomist-reviewed training data (only with your consent).
• To send WhatsApp notifications — briefs, weather alerts, and task reminders — to your registered phone number.

• Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring complete tenant isolation.
• No tenant can access another tenant’s data. All queries are scoped to your organisation and estate.
• Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage (Supabase Storage).
• Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
• Offline data is stored locally on your device using IndexedDB and synced securely when internet is available.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or farm data with third parties. Your data is used exclusively to provide the Drishti service to you. Exceptions:

• Service providers — We use Google Cloud (AI models), Supabase (database), Railway (backend), and Vercel (web hosting) as infrastructure providers. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements — We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government regulation.

Drishti uses artificial intelligence to analyse plant photos for disease, pest, and nutrient deficiency detection. Analysis may occur on your device (offline) or on our cloud servers. AI-generated recommendations are advisory in nature and should be validated with agronomic expertise before action.

With your consent, anonymised observation photos may be used to improve diagnosis accuracy. You can opt out of contributing to model training at any time through App settings.

• Access — You can view all your data within the App at any time.
• Correction — You can edit or update your farm data directly in the App.
• Deletion — You may permanently delete your account and associated data yourself at drishti.amyrafarms.com/delete-account, or by contacting us at the address below.
• Data export — You may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete all your personal and farm data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

Drishti is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
